How LA County's Historic Investment Pays It Forward
Sayrs Consulting served as a lead consultant within the Chief Executive Office's Policy Implementation and Alignment Branch of Los Angeles County, advancing equity and public policy implementation for over 10 million residents. From leading public relations and building strategic global partnerships to implementing landmark policies such as growing the number of Women in Fire, establishing Paid Parental Leave, and launching Project Safe Haven, we played a pivotal role in driving the lasting legacy of the LA County Women & Girls Initiative (WGI) for generations to come.

Hayley W. Sayrs, MPH
FOUNDER
As the Founder of Sayrs Consulting, Hayley brings more than a decade of experience in public health policy, community development, and social impact strategy across public, private, and nonprofit sectors. Her work spans program and grant design, workforce development, policy implementation and place-based research. Our partners range from local governments, health centers, universities, and foundations working to turn strategic vision into operational reality. Sayrs Consulting builds capacity for startups and community-based orgs through targeted investments, cross-sector partnerships, and developing internship programs that help organizations grow while giving back to the communities they serve.
